Covid-19 Policy Statement
We take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the cottages at all times and in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. In response to the Coronavirus pandemic we keep our risk assessment under constant review and develop the controls needed to reduce risks as the situation evolves.
As a result we have....
Undertaken a review of the cleaning products we use to ensure they have been shown to be effective at killing coronavirus.
Reinforced our hygiene and cleaning protocols in line with World Health Organisation and Scottish Government guidelines.
Implemented a contactless self check in process instead of our usual meet and greet. On arrival you will find signs that will guide you to the cottage you are staying in.
Switched to only taking payments online by card.
We hope these measures provide some reassurance that we are doing everything we can to help reduce the already small risk we all face.
The Good to Go mark means we follow government and industry COVID-19 guidelines, have a Risk Assessment in place and a process to maintain cleanliness and aid social distancing
